Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Click "Get Started" on our homepage and complete the registration form with your email and phone number. You'll receive a verification code to activate your account. The entire process takes less than 3 minutes.
Is Peazy really free?
Yes! Peazy is free to start with all essential features including unlimited payment links, customer database, and basic invoicing. We may introduce premium features in the future, but the core functionality will always remain free.
Do I need any special equipment or software?
No! Peazy works entirely in your web browser. All you need is an internet connection and a device (computer, tablet, or smartphone). No downloads or installations required.
Payment Tracking
Does Peazy process payments?
No, Peazy doesn't process payments directly. Instead, it helps you track and organize payment receipts from various payment methods you already use (GCash, Maya, bank transfers, etc.). You receive payments through your existing channels and record them in Peazy for better organization.
How do payment links work?
Create a payment request with your payment details (your GCash number, bank account, etc.) and share the link with your customer. The customer sees your payment information and instructions, completes the payment through their preferred method, and uploads the receipt. You get notified and can verify the payment in your dashboard.
How do I record payments?
When you receive a payment through your bank, e-wallet, or any other method, simply log into Peazy and record the transaction details. You can upload payment receipts/screenshots, and Peazy will organize everything in your dashboard for easy tracking.

Can I track my customers?
Yes! Peazy automatically builds a customer database from your transactions. You can view customer payment history, contact information, and transaction details all in one place.
Can I send invoices?
Absolutely. Create professional invoices with your business details, itemized charges, and payment instructions. Send them directly to customers via email or messaging apps.
Do I get notified when someone pays?
Yes! You'll receive instant notifications via email and SMS when a payment is completed. You can also view real-time updates in your dashboard.
Security & Privacy
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) to protect your data in transit and at rest. We never store sensitive payment information like credit card numbers. All payment processing is handled by certified payment gateways.
What data do you collect?
We collect only the information necessary to provide our services: your business details, transaction records, and customer information related to your sales. View our Privacy Policy for full details.
Account Management
How do I update my business information?
Log in to your dashboard and navigate to Settings > Business Profile. You can update your business name, contact details, logo, and payment account information anytime.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. You can request account deletion from Settings > Account. Note that this will permanently delete all your data and cannot be undone. We recommend exporting your data before deletion.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email address. We'll send you a password reset link. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
